With our Backup as a Service (BaaS), you can now quickly and easily copy your customers’ backups to the cloud. Putting all of the control in your hands you can manage offsite backups in the same way as you do your normal Veeam backups. Hosted Network’s Backup as a Service (BaaS) also allows you to restore as granularly as required, from an individual file to an entire Virtual Machine (VM). Additionally in the event of a disaster you can also restore into our public VMware cloud.

Data transfer is free, you’ll only pay a set price per Virtual Machine (VM) and for the storage you use. In the event of a disaster, we can even restore your files to our infrastructure to get you up and running.

You have the ability to encrypt your backups at the source, before the data leaves your network. Hosted Network does not have access to the data.
Yes, Veeam Cloud Connect supports customer defined retention policies. The only limit would be your storage allowance.
Think of Cloud Connect as just another backup repository on your network, allowing you to do anything you can normally do with a local backup.
Hosted Network utilises world class data centres located in Australia. We will never send your data anywhere else.
Yes they can; however you will need to account for space and concurrent jobs as this may affect your overall performance to Cloud Connect.
Hosted Network recommends pre-seeding data in this scenario. To do this, simply backup to a local storage target, send that target to us when you are ready and we will load that data into storage f or you. Map your backups in Veeam and you will start to backup the difference!
V8 and above will work with Veeam Cloud Connect. To take full advantage of Veeam Cloud Connect Replication (Disaster Recovery as a Service – DRaaS) you will need to be running V9 or above.
The restore process is managed through your local Veeam Management console, the same way your other backups are.
