We’ve listened to your feedback and have been hard at work improving our Partner Portal. We’re excited to introduce several updates designed to streamline your workflow, improve usability, and give you more flexibility in managing your services.
Here’s a closer look at what’s new:
Enhanced Partner Menu for Improved Usability
We’ve revamped our Partner Portal Menu to be more intuitive and user-friendly. The layout has been simplified, so you can quickly find what you need without having to sift through multiple layers. Whether you’re placing an order, checking on your services, or looking for support, the new menu structure is designed to get you where you need to be faster and with fewer clicks.
Internet Qualification and Ordering Improvements
We’ve improved the UI, and ordering process and also added in additional connectivity options for Telstra and Opticomm with more being added soon.
Improved Result Page: We’ve updated the result pages to make it easier to see what’s available at a glance, enabling quicker decision-making and reducing delays.
Streamlined Ordering with New Connectivity Options: We’ve made significant updates to our ordering process, not only by streamlining the user interface but also by adding new providers like Opticom and Telstra 4G/5G.
You can now easily also select from a variety of service options, including Unmanaged, Co-Managed, and Co-Managed Secured, with just a few clicks. These enhancements make it faster and simpler to customise your orders.
Another exciting update is the ease of adding extra services when placing an order. We’ve simplified the process, so you can seamlessly include additional services without having to navigate through multiple unnecessary steps. This enhancement not only saves time but also ensures that you can customise your offerings to better meet your client’s needs, all within a few clicks.
VoIP Utility Export Page: Streamlining Your VoIP Reports
Based on some great partner feedback we have streamlined the exporting of VoIP call reports with a dedicated VoIP Call Export page. This should speed up end-of-month billing for any partners using their own platforms or doing manual reconciliation. We’re also planning some extra improvements to this feature so stay tuned.
